How it works

Documents we will ask you for

Promoters, applicant bank, shareholders/UBOs and directors

Required in every case

  • Power of representation, notarised remotely. It gives us standing to act on your behalf before registries, banks and the relevant authorities, within the limits it sets out. The notarisation session is held by video; a valid identity document is required.
  • Draft articles or company documents of the applicant entity
  • KYC, tax numbers, CVs, diplomas, references and criminal records of the shareholders/UBOs and directors
  • Group chart and evidence of the origin of the regulatory capital
  • Programme of operations and detailed business plan
  • Prudential financial model, capital and liquidity plan
  • Operational chart, key functions and job descriptions
  • Questionnaires on governance, risk, AML/CFT, compliance, internal audit and ongoing control
  • IT architecture, cybersecurity, continuity, outsourcing and main supplier contracts

Depending on the case

  • Audited group accounts and existing regulators' reports
  • Fit & proper file and statements of assets
  • Lease, employment contracts and evidence of substance
  • Acquisition agreement, due diligence and financing for a change of control
  • Parent bank's authorisation for a branch

The exact list follows what you order; it is confirmed in your client space after payment.
